Every project starts with a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Fixed price for clearly scoped work, a monthly fee for ongoing work, or hourly for small tasks. Monthly work can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, after any minimum term in your proposal. Hours are tracked and reported. Invoices in EUR from Aetherline L.L.C.

We reply within one business day, Central European Time. Remote IT support and alert checks run during business hours (CET), with no 24/7 emergency response.

Once paid, you own the deliverables: code, content, designs, and accounts.

You pay ad spend directly to the ad platform, from your own ad account; we never hold your ad budget. No one can guarantee ad results, and we don't.

Security work is advisory and limited to the agreed scope. It is not a certification or a guarantee that systems are secure.

We sign an NDA before you share anything confidential, and a data processing agreement on request. How we use AI tools is explained on our How we work page; a founder reviews every deliverable.

If we met on Upwork or Contra, that platform's terms apply, and the conversation and payment stay there.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.

These terms and each project agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes go to the competent court in Prishtina.
