• When you write to us: your name, email address, company if you give it, the service you ask about, and your message.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking tool, such as your name, email address, and the time you choose.
• When you visit the site: anonymous usage statistics from a cookieless analytics tool, Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you.
• Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to keep the site secure.

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• To see which pages are useful, without identifying you.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

We use these providers to run the site and to reply to you. They process data only on our instructions.

• Email: Cloudflare Email Routing (receiving), Google Gmail (inbox), and Resend (sending)
• Booking: Cal.com
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics
• Hosting: Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Google, Resend and Cal.com are based in the United States and may process data there. Resend sends our email from its EU region. Where data leaves Kosovo or the EU, we rely on each provider's data processing terms, which use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Messages and booking details from people who do not become clients: 12 months after our last contact.
• Records from client work: as long as the contract and tax law require.
• Server logs: 30 days.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to info@aetherline.llc; we reply within one month. You can also complain to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency. If you are in the EU, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party embeds. The booking tool opens on its own site, under its own privacy notice.
