Questions

Who will actually work on my project?

Both of us. Each service has a lead founder: Can for AI, software, and IT; Gülçin for social media and marketing. The other founder brings their side to every project.

You are a new company. Why should I trust you?

Fair question. We started Aetherline in 2026. You can check our LinkedIn profiles. Every engagement starts with a written scope, and you can begin with a small first task.

Where are you based? Do you work with clients abroad?

We are in Prishtina, Kosovo, on Central European Time, and we work remotely with clients anywhere. A few IT services need someone on site; those are marked "On-site in Prishtina". Elsewhere, on-site work is possible if travel and accommodation are covered.

How do you use AI, and what happens to my data?

AI tools help us draft and check work faster. Your confidential material only goes into AI services that do not train on client data. For sensitive work, we can run private AI in your own environment. We sign a data processing agreement on request. More on our How we work page.

Can you work through our platform or a marketplace?

Yes, under the terms of the platform you already use. If you found us on Upwork or Contra, please keep the conversation and payment there.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before you share anything confidential.

How do you price work?

Fixed price for clearly scoped work, a monthly fee for ongoing work, or hourly for small tasks. You get the price in writing before we start.
